AetheriumX is the flagship product of Morgan Web3 Labs Ltd. Morgan Web3 Labs Ltd is registered in the UK (Company No. 16729131) and holds a FinCEN MSB registration (MSB Registration No. 31000310983510).
AetheriumX uses Reown (reown.com) as the wallet connection service. During sign-up/login, you only provide address authorisation and a signature to prove ownership of the wallet address.
- You will never be asked for your seed phrase or private key
- A signature is not a transfer and does not move funds without your explicit approval
If anyone asks for your seed phrase/private key, stop immediately and contact official support to verify.
AetheriumX uses an invite-based registration flow.
- If you register via an invite link, an invite code is required to complete binding
- Once bound, the invite code cannot be changed
If you don’t have an inviter, please contact official support to obtain a code.
Withdrawals follow an on-chain smart contract process. Timing depends on network congestion and confirmation speed.
- Usually processed quickly
- No later than 24 hours (subject to actual on-chain confirmations)
Deposits are typically confirmed within 3–5 minutes. During network congestion, confirmation may take slightly longer.
You can unstake at any time. The contract applies a fee based on staking duration:
- The longer you stake, the lower the fee

When you refer a friend who completes staking, you receive a 100% staking hash power boost (no cap). Example:
- Your base daily rate: 0.16%
- Your staking amount: 100 USD
- Referred friend A stakes: 100 USD
Your daily rate becomes:
0.16% + (100 / 100) × 0.16% = 0.32%
General formula:
Your effective daily rate = Base daily rate + (Friend stake / Your stake) × Base daily rate
